Insert Slot: Sets the current Insert slot number, both for selecting a plug-in (in Plug-in Channel Strip view) and for editing its parameters. The default is 1, which sets the first (top) plug-in slot on each channel as the Insert slot. A value of 2 sets the second plug-in slot as the Insert slot, and so on. Make the Mixer visible by choosing View Show Mixer from Logic Pro X's menu bar. Click the + icon at the bottom right of the Kontakt 5 instrument track. Each click will add a Logic Aux track. Add to the Mixer as many separate tracks as you have Instruments loaded in the KONTAKT Instrument Rack.
Many courses on Logic Pro go through the production, editing and mixing side of the program, but do not explain the instruments in depth. Understanding the concepts behind how these instruments work, let alone learning the interface can take months and it’s easy for even conscientious people to give up.
